Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned with proof of purchase.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and fragrance safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used attars, perfumes, bakhoor, or fragrance products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized or customized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
